STEAM FSX Not WOrking with FSPassengers

To portray him as someone who would just grab your money and run is dishonest, to say the least.

I bought the software over a month ago and he never replied to my inquiries about it. Meanwhile, he kept my money and ignored me. If that's not grabbing the money
and running, what is it? Do you feel that he should get to keep my $45 because I failed to try the demo first? Is that how you would have handled it had I bought something from you?

Feelings aside, the bank agreed with me. After about a week of investigating the case, they returned my money.

Development and customer support were abandoned years ago. This is not a secret.

You want it both ways. If you care so much about your money, why did you buy it blind? If you don't, why complain now?

Also, *you* assumed this would work with Steam. The software never claimed to do that, so you were not misled by anyone else. It was designed *and
tested* to work with the FSX version compiled around 2009, and it still does. Any other assumptions are your responsibility.

I am going to have to agree with ifly. You bought a five gallon jug of tequila to put on your fruit loops and didn't like it. The demo version is nothing
more than a small pint bottle to try out. You dove into the deep end of the pool without knowing if you can swim.

You bought a product from a guy, not a company. There never was a support system here other than us users. As for me I'm a 54 year old retired
U.S. Army helicopter pilot so why don't you go back to your corner, sit the F!@# down and continue to suck your thumb.

Maybe I'll just make a competing product. If one of you buys it accidentally because you're almost as stupid and uninformed as I am, or you buy the wrong version for the
software you have, I'll just give you your money back like you asked without making a big deal of it like I do on all my other software.

On a happier note, I flew a real plane today for the first time in about 25 years and loved it!

Did you see Dan's sticky in the FsP General forum? He's working on a patch so that FsP will work with -SE. I'm surprised to see this but happy for -SE
users. Hope all is not lost for you in this endeavor.

As for your flight, congrats! I flew Saturday morning to a small airport in Dexter, Mo. for a bit of breakfast. Was a nice cold morning. Flew a 1947
Ryan Navion. The owner of the aircraft will never fly by himself, so I get the right seat most of the time. My step father usually flies with us on
our Saturday breakfast flights. Always a fun time! Next week I will spend much of my time in the Cessna Caravan in the northeast Hope you continue
the flying!

For those who complain about this product here is food for thought.
I have downloaded a lot of trial versions of different software such as Captain sim. With Captain SIM software demos you cant even fly them. No controls work at all!!
the trial version of FS PassengerX worked completely. The only thing was you had to use a certain airport in San Francisco and one in Europe but you could land
anywhere. You could even add sounds and other effects from this site into it. Pardon the pun but what are you STEAMED about! FSX Steam is not working with many
third party software why? Because Dovetail did not work with companies like ORBIX / PMDG / REX before its release and the list goes on and on. So if there is a
complaint here , please take it to the STEAM Forum.
