This is the very reason why large software corporations shield their developers behind multiple layers of support staff. As an end customer you'd
never ever get hold of any of the developers who could easily fix a problem in a minute, you spend hours if not days on the phone talking to some
tech-support-moron who's really only good at making a difficult situation entirely hopeless - at best.

People should appreciate that Dan actually is available and does answer questions directly. But asking the same FAQ over and over again and demanding
he answers them? Where I am from that is considered rude.
