Downgraded to Commercial Pilot without any penalties?

Hi there,

I just experienced a very weird thing. I finished a flight - the report said landing -213ft, reputation +0,5%, pilot bonus points +350 and
absolutely no penalty points.

But when I recorded that flight I got a message that I have been downgraded to commercial pilot because I made too many mistakes.

Does anybody have a clue what happened or experienced the same?

Haven't heard that one before. There is the well known "C23" problem which occurs when your pilot reaches level23 (the highest possible); the pilot's
points after that get all screwed up due (most likely) to a data storage overflow. But I've never heard of a "too many mistakes" report being
associated with the "C23" bug.
