selling fspassengers

I have moved on to FSX and as we all know it is a resource hungry application. I am going to upgrade my ram to 2gb but am short of
funds at present. I am going to sell some items on ebay to raise some cash for ram and a new cpu. I was wondering if it would be ok to
sell my? unlock key for fs passengers to someone in the forum? I would not sell it on ebay due to risk of duplication. I can not use it in fsx
and will buy again when the fsx version is released. I was going to sell it for £13. So Dan whats the verdict?

I haven't read the EULA recently, but I would guess that this is not permitted

That's a difficult question. Because you should be able to sell anything that is your property. But as this works with a download purchase and a
registration key, it is a bit more complicated.

In a certain way, he cannot really forbid you to sell it. You bought it, you may sell it. Have you read the Terms when you purchased? Maybe there's
some information in there.

You should be able to sell it, as long as you don't subsequently re-use the FSP on your machine, and de-install it. This is no different from any
other software application. Still, I'd PM or e-mail Dan to be sure.

I wouldn't count on that, as most people on this forum already have FSPassengers.

I was thinking someone might know someone who was thinking of buying it. Anyway, It dont matter now, I am going to hold on to it as I
am just really frustrated with fsx's framerates when the settings are where i like them for good visuals so it is now uninstalled. I got my
ram upgrade but it didnt help and from what I read upgrading my CPU wont help either. FSX would be great if anyone could run it effectivly.
So I now appreciate fs9 with all my addons including fspassengers. SORT IT OUT MICROSOFT.

Well, you can't make a statement like that Wally. You cannot just presume that that's the way it is going to be.

If Dan decides differently, he will have his reasons for it.
