Bonuses and difficulty in FSP

I wonder if there is any system built into the FSP rewarding those who decide to fly with increased difficulty settings (lights, altimeter
penalties etc)? I think there isn't any? And how about bonus for instant record of flight feature checked?

If these features are not currently in FSP, could they be added in the future, or would be possible to customize the installation in order to
reflect increased realism settings so one gets motivated to get everything done by the book?

The only reality bonus I can recollect is one you get for not using time acceleration on long flights.

Yes, that is one of them; also landing at scheduled airport and on-time arrival will gain bonus; but there are no rewards for
setting/managing the lights, checking/monitoring ATIS and the altimeter, and possibly some other things. Particularly the "instant record
of flight" would definitely deserve a well-sized bonus in my opinion. Adding these max difficulty bonuses should reflect in the pilot's
progress too since he'd get more points if nothing else - I feel that these bonuses would make flying with max. difficulty setting more
desirable - currently one's only reward is the satisfaction of knowing that he/shy flys by the book, but currently FSP will record only if pilot
fails (and then penalizes the pilot), but not if he performs all those extra tasks well. This would be pretty much my wishlist for FSP....

Fuel consuption under projected level would be a cool bonus.

With all these extra bonuses it makes it a whole lot easier to get promoted, i mean when you make a nice touch down you get rewarded
with so many point, and there are a whole lot more of these kind of examples. and in the end you ARE being rewarded when you
increase the chances of risk, because when you perform a good emergency landing you get rewarded greatly!

If we now start giving away points for having calculated the correct amount of fuel to be used during flight, things start to get more easy. it
takes away that competitiveness to get up in pilot levels. You dont need to be rewarded for everything you do right, some things
are 'expected' of you, and referring back to how much fuel you load, instead of being rewarded, points get taken off when you have less
than 1 hours reserve, and when you have tooo much you are in fact punishing yourself as you are paying for fuel which you wont use, and
the fuel consumption will be much higher as at the same time your aircaft will be heavier due to the fact you have brough so much fuel on
board!!! so i see this as another motivation to do things right, and you dont neccisarily need to be rewarded by it!!!!
