Sorry for the mail delay guys.
Usually I reply to mails everyday but I took one week holiday for Christmas and, bad luck, I caught right after an unusual cold. Now I'm back and did sent all the waiting mails yesterday. For the little record, one of our friend who probably caught the same cold broke one of his rib by coughing like a mad. I even slept seated during some days because the horizontal position was giving me unstoppable coughing. #mylife ![]() Strange cold ![]()

Hello,
Glad your feeling better. I am a long time user of the product, my second version and I love it! However, I recently (after a reinstall of FSX) tried to enter my code and it says that it is blocked. I purchased through SimMarket (have proof) so I am a bit confused. I tried to reactivate the code as per the FAQ but I was not directed to a site. I was directed to the google chrome page. Any help would be much appreciated, Robert

Dear Robert,
The FAQ link is a standard "mailto" command, seem there is no mailer associated in your computer. Simply write a mail to dan at fspassengers.com with title: "[FSP contact] Please unblock my unlock code for FsPassengersX". (or "FsPassengersP3D") This will sort the mail and allow me to answer quickly. In the body of the mail, don't forget to write the blocked code. Kind regards Dan

IP/Country bans I understand,lol, because I only got blacklisted when I went to the old country (Bulgaria), which isn't exactly a haven for intellectual property laws (and their obeyance :D ) and I'm 99% certain the ISP is using network address translation (in a nutshell - hundreds if not thousands of users on the same IP) and it's definitely possible someone pirated(or tried to) FSP before :D

I am with the same problem he does not respond is lack of respect and suspicion of fraud, and I contacted sim market I suggest that all do, because it is not just a site so reliable to sell something fraudulent[/size]

Thiagomaia, Dan has explained his absence and has apologized to those affected. I see no intent of malice on his part. Please email him again with your purchase details,etc. I'm sure he will get this corrected.

Excuse for my english, sure my spanish is better. I can see I´m not the only with that problem. I bought last week this addon for FSX Steam in the The Flightsim Store. I recived the email with the order and the registration code, and when I try to register, I became the bloqued message. I wrote to Dan and the answered very fast, but the give me the same register code I had before. I try again and now it says the code is invalid (but not bloqued). I wrote again to Dan and to the Flightsim Store, but I have no more answer.
It´s a great addon, but It´s better when it will work.

Dan wrote me with a solution. He send me the registration code in ASCII format (.txt) and it works perfect.
