Joe. Wemust have been thinking on the same wavelength today. i got in to Delta virtual flight. and took some good pics

Recently released on Simviation was a panel mode for the default 737 VC. it fixes a few problem (and adds 1 more ^_^ but nothings perfect) it also
adds the abilty to swich out the diffrent dispalys on the DUs. opens the windows adds a coll rain and wiper effect.

its awsome
i futhor modifyed it with my ISG gagues to get a more realistic ND PFD and EICAS. as well as FMS

Interesting wiper effect and condensation on the side window. You've really spruced up the cockpit of that 737...nice job! I like to see that you
added GE Pro textures Livens things up a bit, don't it?

yes it does. everything looks like it should if viewed in real life. yea a few diffrences from the fact that i know what it looks like IRL. (kings ferry is alittle
bigger) and downtown folkston has buildings VS it just being trees in that shot.

but for the most part yes it realy does liven things up. especialy AT NIGHT

Argh Joe the Malibu is amazing! I got it for FSX, but I retreated back to FS9 for better performance. I just wish they'd support FS9 too at
Carenado.

BTW: Starting a new round the world. Here's the twist on this one , Circumpolar in a C-130. Took off from Point Barrow, Alaska yesterday. Could be fun.

and 969. i know the altitude limit in FSX is High. but its not farenough to get as far out as i was.

The Ship is what i like to call a Goddess class heavy Cruiser. (in game its actualy a hybrid between the Dakoda and Stargazer classes)

this design was not seen in any startrek and the startrek ships ive seen for FSX have been both the Enterprise (TOS, Motion Picture, and TNG) as
well as voyager and a klingon Bird of prey, i may have seen a Romulan War Bird somewhere. so this ship would not be there. its not cannon (a
product of my own imagination). you may have seen it on you tube. me and a freind have videos of it in action.

i dont think you can go very far into Space on FSX. the altitude limit is high enough to get into low earth orbit. but FSX wont let you beyond that. if
there is anything past that at all. there is a space simulator thoue

ACTUALLY
i have the fcb909 and it can go up to 1 million feet (if not higher i havent tested yet)
and go 120000 Knots!

well in my honest openion.

Short vertion: ive been playing it since not long after release, and i still feel as thoue im playing a beta

Long vertion: it has its moments. it certinaly has potental, but i dont see that potential being utilized.

to put it this way. Bethesda Game Studios beguan production on skyrim in 2008 it was released not to lnog ago. the reason is becaues they would
not publish a game until it was absolutly perfect (the arrow to the knee thing being a exception). I think a star trek MMO would be awsome, if it was
picked up by a better studio. say blizzered for example. i think cryptic did a medeoker job, shure there are several refrences. story wise its good. but
on the game side, well i was half asleep throue most of the missions. (to date 3 of the story missions have been remastered to a much more fun
leavle). it wasent fun, wich for a video game is a big problem.

Space battle: best iv ever played, but still could be better
Ground battles: at first horible. now okay, but still not quite what i would like
Features series: very good. but makes me wonder what kind of half assing they were doing in the rest of the game
PvP: things are off balanced, bt that may be do to the fact that this kind of game would e off balance by its very nature.
PvE: the only reason thoue missions take 5 people is becaues of all the pallet swaping and copy pasting

thats all my openion. you can try the game fror yourself, it went free to play early this year.

course you can pay the $15 a month fee (i still do) for gold membership, but that dosent give you much more. the only reason i do is becaues it gives
me acces to the foundry (the games mission editor)

and the trailers for the game paint a much prettier picture than what the game delivers

id say decide for yourself.

@Tim, i can't seem to keep the Natural ENB series mod from crashing the sim when going to the windowed mode during a flight. I cannot complete a FsPX
flight with the mod active. Every trick I have tried has failed. ENB simply does not play well with my system for some reason. Maybe it's the
particular Nvidia drivers....who knows?

i havenot had a issue yet (knock on... Dry wall, no wood nearby) Ive noticed thoue that it always turns the bloom back on when switching from
windowed to full screen and back, or after changeing a setting. i havent noticed a preformance hit with or without the bloom on thoue. i prefer it off.
