Failures Question, How Often?

If you have the failures on, how often will a failure occur, Lets say it is set to 40% chance of failure each flight. How often at 40% will a
failure occur. Also, tell me what you have your failures % rate on and how often a failure happens.

My failure setting is at 4% lol!
