Re-hire one you sacked. I wouldn't advise doing it too often as I think it carries a financial penalty.

Ok, thanks. Just one more thing, if my airline owns 2 planes, and has 1 pilot, and that 1 pilot flys plane 1 someware, does plane 2 get flown also.
How does that work?

It isnt actully flown anywhere, but if you have 2 planes, and have fleet income on, then you will make money from the other plane as if it
WAS flown, to simulate that financial aspect of owning multiple planes in your company...
