changing the default crew voice

I recently downloaded this FSPasengers software. I am still experimenting. How can I change the default air hostess voice (it sounds lika
an Australian accented voice) to reflect an American/ Canadian accented voice? Also how would I be able to switch between the 2 sets of
voices (i.e. Australian and American) if I chose to?

On another note, I have absolutely no idea as to how to make the changes necessary to disengage the pesky reverse thrust penalty
situation (I sometimes engage the reverse thrusts by accident because of the peculiar setup of the CH Throttle Quadrant levers).

ok, welcome 444pilot,
about the crew voice, go into the fsp toolbar and go into fsp setup - i think its in general setup or one of them, u can change it in there
u can also create ur own voice pack if u wish, but u will have to look on dan's post in the FSP customizing forum, ok

about the reverse thrust, and any other penalties u do not like, they can be disabled in the more_option.cfg file in the FSP folder
