Throttle and pushing engine to maximum?

I read the coming update this is improved: CHANGE: Penalty for pusching engine to max with parking brake now only for JET

When I just move the throttle a mm, the report says Penalty for pushing engine to max with parking brake, bla bla which is not
correct.

Yes I have!
With the update this happened also this morning:

Passengers current Opinion: Good flight
-Are satisfied because they have had a drink.
-Are satisfied because they have had some food.
-Are angry because you rolled off the runway during take-off.

I was not taking off. Just taxiing and I touched the grass with a speed of 5 kts
