Suggestion for future versions

Hi Dan and all forum users!.

I think it will be good if they integrate a function in FsP that keeps the right time when flying between different time zones....
There is already a software in the market doing this. It is called "FS Real Time", and is very good, but I hate to open so many programs
every time I have to fly. For people is better to have all-in-one.

Please Dan, consider this idea.;-)

That would be a nice idea Angel.

As long as we're on an idea thread, I had one in mind that I thought would be a nice feature.

If we want to stick with realism, have a feature that can be turned on or off from the config file, that will only allow you to fly your aircraft
from the place where you last left it. For example, I fly a 737 to San Francisco. My next flight with that plane has to start from there. After
all, how realistic is it to fly somewhere and then fly out of somewhere else half a globe away?

How about leasing aircraft, rather than having to buy them outright?

Every airline leases aircraft from time to time.

It'd be good for start-ups (like my own FSP airline) which can't afford to buy, say, an Embraer ERJ-135, but has a pilot who has earned the rank
required to fly one.

Leasing the aircraft would incur a charge every flight, and a leased aircraft should not increase the fleet bonus.

Additionally, you should be able to own 40 aircraft AND lease more...?

About "depart from same location" that would be an idea
its around since a long time. it was not done because
it would have take 1 month more and FsP was in a hurry.

Anyway it would be off by default and you'd have an option
in more config.

Leasing I don't like much such idea because either it's basic and doesn't
offer much interest either it's complete (with interest etc etc) and it become a
boring bank simulator.

Would it be feasible in conjunction with the "depart from same location" thing to have the rest of the fleet "transfer" (not a simulated flight,
just switch locations in the FSP database) at the same time the current plane is doing a flight so you could jump into a different ship and
pilot in your company and have it be at a different airport. Maybe how I said it is kind of muddy but...


Another thing I was mullng over would be having a bit of a supply and demand thing where you input your destination before you find out
how many pasengers are waiting in the terminal. Then the passengers decide whether they want to take the flight or not. I'm sure it
would be an ugly amount of programming but perhaps it's just an idea for the "next one".

Hmm, interesting. I suppose the coding for it would have to be added, but anyway, just an idea. Shouldn't be too terribly difficult though,
just a simple tag in the database after the aircraft in your fleet with an ICAO location tagged behind it and a quick check when you go to
load it up.

I don't know about the idea of the whole fleet transferring though...sort of unrealistic IMHO. The only downside to the whole thing that I
can see is forgetting where you left your plane.

Anyway, just an idea I had thought about and wanted to share.
