Increase flight hours before promoting

Hi Dan and the developers of Fspassengers. Im just curious if you guys can adjust or edit the flight hours required before you will be promoted to a rank? Like i want to mimic the real life hours needed. 

FOr example : before you become a first officer. You need to have 1,500 flight hours.

No it can't be done. The FSPassengers pilot's rank is intended as a combination of both awarded points and flown hours plus bonus points, so the ranking promotion is internally calculated by these 3 parameters.

From the User manual:

"Remember
that your pilot’s points are an indication of your flying skills: if you are an extremely good pilot, you will be
promoted early and if you fly poorly, you will eventually be downgraded to a lower rank."

So you can guess that even if you fly 1500 hours but you have often damaged your aircraft, you could be downgraded to a lower rank.

I will add this tidbit of information any potential edits to the database: If you have the program to edit it, you run a high risk of FsP not working anymore on your pc. And, I highly doubt Dan would spend the time correcting the database for you. This isn't information only to the OP of this thread but for anyone else considering or asking about edits to the database.
