Wait time for unlock code reset

Reinstalled FSP for FSX , however the unlock code was blocked.I emailed the SimMarket receipt to Dan 10 days ago, no response..Whatś the average waiting time for this ?   Meanwhile I found a good replacement in Air Hauler 2 (Early Access).
