I was planing for a militery flight on VATSIM. I saw alot of convective sigmets on my route, i went to the FAA page to look at airport delays,
notice boston had delays, reson was aircraft emergincy, decided to check a boston news station.

this just happened not even an hour ago, so details are fuzzy

Sounds either like a bird strike or a very badly handled compressor stall; I would put money on a compressor stall.
