Hey guys,
maybe you heard of it, maybe you haven't heard of it.
A short while ago a 747 of my company returned to Curacao after a fire was reported in the cabin.
This has been in Dutch newspapers, although no new information is available as one newspaper made a sensational story of it, where
cabin crew seemed to do and know nothing and one passenger was the 'hero' of the flight
The CEO of my company contacted the newspaper and demanded a rectification.
Further news will wait until after investigaion.
The airplane is, as far as I know now, still at Curacao.
One of my collegues from my traininggroup was one of the flight attendants to extinguish the fire.
This is a ATC recording of this flight.
