I've recently installed Fs Pax on my new computer in Ireland, and have encountered an unusual problem:
Example: Using Fs Pax, if I select Altitude, +15000 ft using the co-pilot, my altitude will read correctly, and on selecting, flight director, the
vertical speed indicator will automatically show whatever the aircraft is configured to show. (Let's say, +1800)
However, when descending things aren't quite right. Co-pilot selects new altitude, but VSI stays at 0000.
If I then manually select the desired descent rate, the aircraft will start to descend at that rate, but will then revert to a descent rate of LESS
than -500 ft/sec. Frustrating to say the least as ATC keeps asking me to expedite my descent!
This is the first time that I've experienced this problem, as I've never had this on my other computer in Slovakia.
Any ideas?
