Suddenly experiencing light and flap penalties

I have been an FsPassengers user for quite some time now, and really have had nothing to complain about. But suddenly, I am starting
to get penalties for incorrect landing light, strobe light usage quite often. I am not operating the lights any differently than I ever have
before, and I never used to get theses penalties. I finally just turned off the light penalty to avoid it.

But now, I am receiving penalties that state that I am not deploying the flaps while landing. I guarantee that I am properly extending the
flaps on the approach. Why would FsP not recognize the flaps being extended all of a sudden? I fly the same aircraft the same way each
time I fly them, but now out of nowhere I am getting nailed for this.

Any thoughts?

I've had the same problem with those darn strobe light penalties while on the ramp...even when I disabled the freak'n light penalty.
Haven't had any other operating penalty, but only time will tell. Read my thread, "Those Darn Penalties" in the forum.
