Distorted Sounds

I have adjusted the sounds in fspassenger, but when I use the program, the sound distorts, and I have to turn them off, once I
turn the program off, my sounds are fine...Any Ideas?

That isn't a problem with FSP. Check your soundcard, system setup, and FS setup. Also, give us a few more details.

What exactly does "adjusted the sound with fs passengers" mean? Did you adjust the volume? Help us so that we can help you.
