FSpassenger toolbar dissapears!!!

Hi, Im stuck ,
So far I have been unable to use this program because after no more than 5 min into a flight the toolbar disappears and there are no passengers left
on my plane. Abducted by aliens, id assume :S...but anyways.
This seems to be a common problem for ppl on the forums, I have been following the forums day to day, but so far it has yet to be resolved I guess.
This is the reason I started a new topic instead of posting in the previously created ones, to make sure this bug/issue gets the attention that it
deserves. So I decided I would sign up and throw in my 2 cents.
I thankyou for your time and any help that you can give me at all would be appreciated.
This program is what I have been waiting for since buying FS.

Some people mailed me and the information they gave showed that they try to use
hacked password that don't work, so I simply recall here that I don't give support for
such password.

Anyway on rare username it's possible that the unlock don't work
so can you please send me your username and password to my mail.

I have stolen your software and it is broken. Can you please fix it for me? I know you put a lot of work into it, and yet, I feel I should get it
for free, so I got a hacked version. Now, how dare you have a program that doesn't work for those of us that steal it. Please, fix this problem.

Ok..sorry, that was just too funny. I actually had a guy email me years ago about software that a friend and I wrote. We had a backdoor in it that
would allow us to verify registration information if we saw it on a server somewhere (it was a bot that people would run online on chat servers..) by
typing in a command to it. If we found it to be illegal copy, would could issue a command that would just kill the bot. This guy wanted us to fix
his after we killed it. I let him know that we knew it was stolen and he hadn't paid for it. He replied that that was irrelevant and that it should
still work for him. LOL....

one guy mailed me today saying that he was registered
but he had problem with authorization and he sent
me his password.

Checked with purchase it was a cracked password....

I replied that I don't provide support for that but that if he need
my help to steal a car or jewel he shall not hesitate...
