doors open on take off / level D 767 Fs2crew

I started a flight using the Level D 767 with fs2crew. During the takeoff roll the co-pilot told me there was a door open and we would have
to return .I did not have any door open warnings and besides the FA in Fs2crew sees that the doors are closed. I was so angry I just
exited FS9. What other procedures could I have performed?

you could have gone to spot view and check if the door was really open
