Problem with uploading flights to VA site

Today we at Vorona are trying to uploading flight reports that we're made in FSP to or website.
Therefore we followed every stepp that was written in the manual for installing in the Mysql database.

So far so good, these steps are working very good, but now it coms:

After we have a complished a flight and choose to upload this flight to the VA website it says: Attempt To connect to website... Connection failed !
Error - Username don't exist or wrong password

Is there someone how can tell me what I'm doing wrong please
