Maximum Planes

Seems I've reached the maximum number of planes I'm allowed to own. Bummer!! I'd really like to get a huge fleet going (please no
replies to the effect of 'why do you want so many planes...?' ) I can't understand why there would be a limit when FSPassengers is so
open-ended in so many other ways. Is there a way to disable this limitation?

Unfortunately not, this was covered in an earlier discussion and has something to do with the size of the database file for FSP. Shame
really as I too would like to own many planes. I guess the only way around it is to set up a new company and turn off eco mode

Darn it!!

Well, I wish I'd known that, cause the way to win my custom scenario was to own 100 planes!!! Now the game I've been working on since
the release of FsP is useless!!! Arghhh...

I hope this can be addressed in a future update.

Just means you can't win. Hey I never won my UN scenario either. I just like to run my airline really, don't need a goal just to get bigger.

Dan is there any way though you could add the thing about the max number of planes to the readme file as this seems to be catching a
lot of people out?

I think I got capped at 38, which is kind of low.

I mean, really, if you're not spending money on planes what's the point of having money at all in this game? Makes it seem kind of
pointless after you reach the max, doesn't it? And 38 planes doesn't really take that long (it should at least be higher than this). Just my
opinion...
