Pmdg 747 v3 CTD

Hello everybody,
 
I got a problem using the new pmdg 747 v3 with fspassengers. Everytime I load fspassengers menu and start the flight, fsx crash (fatal error) immediatly
I've already tried some solutions, like deleting the missionpanel.cfg when I had a similar issue with the pmdg 777. But in this case I don't have any solution.
What can i do ?

When you get CTD, please post the Event Viewer information regarding the crash.
Judging by what I have seen with the 747 V3, it has caused a number of issues with stability...
in particular P3D. Do you have any problems with other addon aircraft or is it with the 747 only?
I saw the part about the 777, so we can rule that one out.

The problem appears only with pmdg 747 v3.

The V3 of the 747 seems to be a finicky piece of software. Please see this link as it relates to the specific .dll that is the culprit:

It may or may not help in this situation but FsP is not causing the crash. I would also suggest that you visit the PMDG
forums to see what others are doing to troubleshoot the issues they have faced while using V3.

One other piece of advice that may help in the future. It is usually not wise to install any sim in the x86 Program Files due
to protection issues that can arise. Some people don't have problems with it but many do.
