crashed and flight reset

Hi, maybe someone can help. I crash landed and instead of receiving one of those flight reports with all the dead etc, my flight just reset
and placed me back to my start point. FS Passengers didn't register anything, am I going wrong somewhere with the setting?

You surelly have an old version of FSP, this bug was solved in the latest
version see:
