FsPadmin Setup

Thanks to anyone who can help solve this. Using the most recent scripts, I have the .php files on my WebHost running MySQL.

The DB, ID, PW all work, but after a succesful login, when I try to do any of the left menu actions, it immediately takes me back to the
Login Box. It's a cycle and won't let me get to any of the sidebar utilities.

Any advice?

What browser are you using? It might be a cookie issue. A(nother) problem with php's built-in session handling.

IE 6, cookies seem to work ok for all other things I do (forums and such).

Even going into IE6 Options and setting Cookies to All didn't seem to change it.

Tried with Firefox too, no luck there either

Anyone know if it's compatible with PHP 4.4.2?

Fully; I've ran it on both 4.4.2, 4.3.8, and 5.1.2 without any probs. I highly doubt this would do any good, but maybe try clearing your cache?

Edit: I've thought of something. Have you ever used php's session handling on that server before (phpBB, IPB, ect. don't count because they largely use their own systems.)? If not, can you possibly post your phpinfo(); ?

*Edit, nice catch. With your comment I went ahead and tried a simple Session to store a session variable and tried to pull it with another page and it wouldn't work.

So I checked my php.ini and the session.save_path was wrong.

Thanks for the help on making me think a little harder.
