Incorporate AI as company aircraft

I am thinking of buying FS and have been thoroughly enjoying the demo, but I find the gameplay could be enhanced by the incorporation
of AI aircraft as earning aircraft. I have spent a lot of time with AI aircraft ,modelled, textured and written flightplans to represent the real
world airlines, aircraft and routes, I then integrated my own airline into this virtual world I created with mostly AI and a few flyable aircraft
thrown in. If an upgrade could be done to not only buy in new AI aircraft - which you can do now, but also enable the computer to work
those AI aircraft with AI pilots and increase the earning potential of the airline while you are flying your aircraft I think will be awesome. I
think the potential is there within the program as it is, you have the capability of buying in the aircraft and making new pilots, all that needs
to be done is to put as player "Computer" which coding could be written to initiate that aircraft as AI. It then refers to the flight plans and
flies that route, based on your reputation and management criteria. What do you think?

From the Docs:

Fleet income is solely intended to reward you for building a fleet. For each flight that you fly, each aircraft that you own will generate some
additional revenue based on your flight performance. These are not real flights made by these aircraft or by “AI” pilots. If you perform well,
you will get a higher fleet income; if you perform poorly, you will have no fleet income. In addition, FsP takes the state of your other aircraft
into account and you will not receive an income from an aircraft that is in bad condition or in need of maintenance.

What you are asking is not within the realm of FsP but more within that of an "Airline Tycoon" type of addon. There is nothing preventing
you from editing your AI traffic plans to include your FsP aircraft but given that each FsP user has his own planes, his own liveries and his
own routes, for that to even attempt to integrate this is nearly impossible.

Partially working on this for another project.

This MIGHT be a major step to work into FsP; maybe not. I WAS going to write something (addon to an addon) that would allow you to fly
your route, then whatever your generated load was would be applied to the other routes and they would then simply auto-generate the
ticket income, fuel expense, etc., based on your past performance. However, I've dumped this idea for a full-scale airline management
project; not with AI pilots but with other pilots, like a VA. It should be completed in about, 7 years! There's just so much!

Anyway, good idea. Maybe if Dan has time between the other billion requests he's gotten...

Gotcha! Eventually, I will but probably not for a while. I just changed over the language from RapidQ to VB2005 - of course, AFTER I had
already built up a majority of the interface! VB2005 is so much more powerful, though. Plus, it integrates better with SQL so the
whole thing can be based online. RapidQ integrates with MySQL but, several of us on another board have been having issues trying to
get it to work properly. As this is going to rely entirely on an online database for storing aircraft files, fleet files, routes, etc., this needs to
be a priority.
