Lost the access to all my flights

Hi all,

I don't know what happens to my FSPassengers. I lost the access to all my flights recieving the following message (example of double clicking on a
flight record):

"Error unable to find the flight in log file. Flight ID doesn't match. Found=IWD378C index=IWD9295"

Also, the ID's of all the flights has been changed, being the last, the first and vice versa.

The date format also changes from DD/MM/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY without any change on the computer configuration.

PLEASE HELP!!

Possibly part of your FSP database has been changed or damaged. This might or might not be fixable. I'd just PM Drew (he's one of the moderators), and
he can tell you who to get in touch with. John (Coxover) hasn't been posting much lately, and he seemed to be one of the more knowledgable flight
database people, besides Dan. Or just go ahead an PM Dan.

Im having the same problem as well. Im scared cause I don't want to miss all my flights, pilot and company. Im getting exactly the same
error.

new update about this problem


I was checking today all my flights as i can get access to the last 5 flights. ive got 15 in total in this company

The first from 1 to 5 works, the ones from 6 to 10 don't, and some on the middle.

Its actually pretty weird. I've realised its been happening after i've tried to export the flights to the fsp website.

Any ideas?

problem.

Acc, Have you been having this issue just after you tried to send the flights to the VA of fsp?

cause if so, I think thats going to be the root of this matter.

Negative...nothing about exporting flight reports to anywhere.

Just one day I open the FS ans usual, and the problem appears... where I can contact the tech support???
