Plane not loading with passengers

I am flying a Singapore Airlines (Meljet).

I launch FS and have chosen my SQ plane. Then I launch FSPassengers.

When I get to the screen informing me that there are e.g. 240 passengers waiting for boarding and click ok, I get to the loader screen.

1. The option for realtime boarding is always disabled... WHY !!!!
2. When I click on board immediately, I realise that no passengers really board the plane. I always get the boarding % as nil. I made sure
that the plane doors are also open (SHIFT + E)...What am I doing wrong?

have you loaded the aircraft? as in moved the sliders on the right hand side of the screen to load passengers? then you will be able to
load your aircraft
