[O/T][solved] 250kts clearance

I've just completed another flight but this time I've had a problem: after a go-around my Co-pilot has requested the
250kts clearance that we have
obtained. Then an other go around but this time my Co-pilot have not requested the clearance (we already had it ).
In the flight report I have got a
speed penalty (+50kts): WHY? Thx in advance!! Sorry for my English

did you go above the limit on take off? you have to request it for take off, then again for decent

No, I have exceeded 250 kts only after the clearance

My memory has fault: after the second go-around ATC has sent me to 13.000 ft: probably I have reached only 10.200 ft but this doesn't matter in fact
the threshold has been passed. Sorry to all.
