Sound problem when running fspassengers

Hello Folks, can someone help me with a prob I'm having when I'm runninig FSP, when I'm taking a gander at my plane from outside view the sound starts to break up, but
when inside the plane looking foward its fine. This only happens when FSP is loaded.

any help would be great.

What type of soundcard do you have? This issue has been brought up in the past. A forum search might help

Brad thanks for your reply, I'm not sure what soundcard Ive got, my PC is a Dell 4300 and is now 1 year old, but I will find out and let you know tomorrow, unless you know
what sound card comes with that pc.

I had the same problem.. When I loaded FSP my sound started going crazy, crackling, popping, etc etc. I switched out sound cards and had the same
problem.
Sound cards used: SB Live! 5.1 and SB Live 512.

When I changed the cards, XP changed the drivers for me, I should have known better.

THE FIX:

Install the driver from the card manufacture. After installing the driver from creative, all my sound problems went away. (and it sounds better!)

I hope this helps you, and other you have run into this problem with sound. It sure was annoying. But glad it's fixed and now I can use FSP without a
problem.

Ive sorted out the sound problem, all I did is turn of the sound effects in FSPassengers ie take of sound engine sound etc , i think they were clashing with my addon
sounds or something. Know its perfect keep up the good work chaps.
