I have installed... ran demo, and tried to set up a flight from SF... Where and how do you access the menu? There is nothing listed
anywhere....

What do you mean? Are you asking how to access the FSPassengers menu? Simply press the ALT key, and it should be listed among
the other menu options at the top of the screen. It should say "FSPASSENGERS".
