flaps setting at landing

I got this error: "Forgetting to set the proper flaps during landing is an extremely dangerous fault and does not show proper piloting skills.
(-400)"

my question is, when do i have to set the flaps. i had full flaps

Disregard what I wrote as I only now saw after reading again its during landing.


I dont know if i am mistaken but somewhere i read that this topic was already discussed alot in the past. Maybe do a search and see if someone hasnt got the solution already to your question if this possible solution below doesnt help.

I have the prob with wrong flap setting at takeoff and landing while using a Baron 58.. i am being deducted points after every flight ... what
do i do to solve this prob :-(

To keep it simple, deploy at max the flaps at take off (until 500 feet) and landing...

On landing, you should ideally be all set up on the approach at no less than 1000' AAE (in jetliners). As mentioned this topic has been
discussed MANY, MANY times, so search the forum. It's a lot quicker than posting.
