Unusual problem with destination

I noticed that if you set a destination, and then fly VFR instead of IFR, you get penalized for not landing at the correct airport, this problem
caused me to fire one pilot because it gave him a less than perfect flight as well as negative points!

Is the destination thing only set for IFR?

Man, personally I don't think it matters.......I've set destinations for both weather conditions and have even called out for an IFR flight in the
air whilst starting off VFR. As I've heard FsP does not look at weather at all except for turbulence.

I think your issue may have been terrain related

Whatever, someone else here reported that he's always flying VFR because of the less than good MS ATC - don't think he would do that if he got
penalized all the time.
