Hi all, i just bought the produkt yesterday and i cant get it too work.

i have created a company and a pilot and when i load an aircraft with passengers everything goes black, just a small portion of the
screen is showing FS9, i hear fspassengers working but i dont see anything, please help.....

Can you tell me a little more about your system and in what extend you have upgraded your Fs9, for example do you have the Fs9.1
update installed ?

Well i have a clean new fs9 install, running PMDG and Level-d planes, activesky and a reg. version of fsuipc.

The strangest thing is that when i try too install the 9.1 patch, it says that i already have it installed, strange since this is a brand new
computer and a new hdd, and i know that its not installed

Running Windows XP,direct X 9.0c
machine is Amd 3300+ with Geoforce 600GT+2 GB ram and lots of space free

I discovered something strange too if i go into windowed mode the screen is back but i cant do anything, there is still sound.

ok now im going mad, i reinstalled everything so now i only got :
fs9
fs9 update
pmdg 737-600
pmdg 737-800
pmdg 737-800 sp1
and Fspassengers

stil it doesnt work after passengers load everything is black

if i abort flight everything is back 2 normal

Maybe you had a dodgy download.
Have you tried downloading it fresh and starting again?

Hmm didnt help

i have discovered something strange.....
if i drag the blue info box from FsPassengers down the screen the black area reduces... so for now i just have the blue info box at the
bottom of the screen so i can see the rest of my cocpit.

its not a solution i am happy with so if anybody can help please do

it look like to me that you have a dialog that for some
reason doesn't appear on your computer....

Try that:

Go into "general" Disable the "show manifest dialog after loading"

Let's see if it work....

I also noticed that I had to redo a download of FSP.... for some funny reason on the day of it's release the download stopped at about
12MB like it was all finished. I didn't even try opening it as I knew that it should have been in the mid 20's MB. Perhaps the server was
working with sooooo many people that day that it was overwhelmed and would explain the funny occurance. FPS has been working
flawless for me and hasn't hampered the frame rate one bit....excellent......

so... do try a fresh download..... perhaps they made a change in the Matrix at the time of your download.... what's that!?...... did you just
get Deva-Vu?

it works again, i uninstaled it, and restartet the machine for the xxx time and now it works .....beats the hell out of me but its fine now....
