Why i can't unlock my demo??

I wrote the right username and code into the window and the game told me that the username or the code is wrong??what's up?

Did you copy and paste the username and password?

As i have typed mine before and it didnt work, once i copy and pasted it, it worked fine

When I first bought it, it wouldn't let me unlock the demo either. So I copied and paste the user name and password into the register box
on the pull down menu, and it unlocked right away. If you are still having problems with it afterwards, there is an article on this subject in
the support forum.
