Time DEceleration

Hi, will i get penalty points even if use time DECEleration?
I need to do a long haul, but i can't pause P3D, because, as everybody that tried knows, after 3-4 hours of pause the sim crash.
So slowing down full slow it would help me.
Will i get penalty if i SLOW DOWN time?

Possibly since you are diverting from the normal speed. Why don't you do a short test flight to try it out?
