PS this airplane is manufactured right before WW2

Thats an experimental airplane build by Douglas...only 1 ever made.
It was a predessesor to the F104 Starfighter i believe...not sure bout that.
But thing wings sure look similar
Posted a below is a F104 so ya all can compare.
