Overall I have made good money and my company is doing well. I've no crashes but my points are at over -2,500 so I can't get promoted past the first
position. Usually I'll hit bad turbulance or just have a high G-Load which wacks me even if the flight is perfect other wise. I also get hit with negative points
when I don't use the flaps properly. My company's reputation is at 83% and climbing.

My question is how do I get these points figured out. I've around 30 hours of flight time in the same 4 aircraft which all but three use the default settings for
the load master and all 4 aircraft are very profitable. Any suggestions besides the obvious? Thanks in advance.

How do you get -2500 points if you flights are good and you're not recieving penalty points?

He's getting plenty of penalties. He mentioned high Gs and flaps.

I don't know how else to tell you but you will need to be within G-force limits and use the flaps properly in order to get positive points,
period.


As far as the turbulance goes, disable it... It's wild and unrealistic and will thrash your plane around unrealistically.

He might also have light and transponder penalties turned on.
