What happened here?

Made a real nice flight, about 2 hours and 20 minutes airborne, perfect results, no complaints from passengers except for the 93% rating, but the
report will usually tell me why they were not happy, not in this case though. The only thing I can see is that the landing might have been a tiny bit
hard, but the pax did not squwak, so what happened? Any ideas?

Since I was flying a smaller plane the B200, there is no facility to give them food. In reality, I would bring along an ice chest with sandwhiches and
beer for my pax on that flight.

Yeah right, like I really believe the beer's for your pax.....

what can happen is also pax "remember" their fear, if they were shaken due to turbulence for example
the "fear" factor descent back to zero after a while but still their satisfaction reflect that they had fear
at one moment. Not your fault but realistic imho, pax don't like to be shaken.
