PAX Loading Suggestion

I was wondering if maybe a random thing could be added into the passenger loading, and thats delays. Like say a passenger lost his
ticket, or there is a pax who cannot be found so the plane is delayed. Also, possibly be able to set a departure time into the loading box,
this way the plane has a set time to depart. Just some ideas.

there is a way to set pax loading time. But the idea of delays was discussed early on before release, can't remember why Dan said he
didn't include it though.

I think mostly because it's a boring feature.... you're cool watching your pax boarding then... pouf

Then err.... you wait simply.... nothing very funny... also this would require at least one hostess
announce just for that, possibly 3-4 to have more fun... too much ressources for just a delay.

In the "delayed" mode there ia a "random boarding time" anyway if you love suprise... (2 month boarding time (naah joking)

You do the boarding process, everything is fine, and then you start the engine, see something is wrong and have to shut them off and
repair it (has happened to me using FsP)! Then the program allow you to either unboard passengers or tell them that the technical
problem will be solved soon, then be allowed to fix the problem (say take 30-45 min (or some other surprising time set by the program to
fix it, of course the program will do this) and then start the journey! of course the airline could be allowed to serve passengers on ground
(and pay a price for it) ...
This will make it very realistic and I don't think it is boarding! It happens in real life, so why not? Anybody like the idea?

I think the idea of setting a strict departure time in, and having a "random" problem pop up with loading would add a little bit more fun. Or
instead of having pax load problem, how about just the departure time (reading FS time) instead of a time for people to board the plane.

I fly with FS2CREW PMDG and when the F/O does the outside inspection, it opens the door and the door stays open. I would love to have
the PAX not board when the door is open untill a specific time. Anyway we could change it to where a hotkey or button allows board and
no boarding with the door open?

Reza - Nice concept, but do you really want to sit parked at a gate for 45 mins in a FLIGHT simulator? Neither do I.

I know it could be ..., but then it's real! Maybe Dan could program it so that the feature be optional, for the ones who don't mind to wait (to
increase the reality) and for those that don't want to wait. This happens in real life so no excuses if you want the flight simulator to
become more realistic

I like this idea too as it happen to me too. I've got a problem, the right engine didn't want to start due to a failure, I already pushback so I
taxi back to the gate on one engine then I cut engine and then... nothing, just flight canceled. So I guess that would be a great idea too...
