I just looked at sky portland scenery and am impressed. I dont have much $ just bein a student so im really interested in programming
my own scenery and maybe makin it pay or free ware. (might help me pay off college a bit) i was wondering if anyone knows how to do
this much at all or anything, or if anyone is interested in working together with me on making scenery for fs.? pm or e-mail me. thanx guys

There are a bunch of payware utilities out there. Airport & Scenery Designer by Abacus is one of them.
