Why so bad?

I am trying to figure out why the passengers hated this flight. Any thoughts.

Maybe one of those little bugs that just don't make sense.

I've had some where I touched it down on the numbers and the fear level went through the roof...could not figure out why...taxied to the
gate, unloaded, looked at the report and 100% satisfaction/no penalty points.

Well, I had a pretty bad flight, did a water landing somewhere in the carribean, made -150 fpm landing, but it was very bumpy (not the plane, couldnt
figure out what it was) and sent my fear level soaring, never showed up in my flight log

Boy, you usually get some clue by watching the in-flight mini report. Did you give a clue that something was going wrong?

Well I sure hated that flight if I stood 6+ hours in a cargobay j/k
