Controlled airports with ILS

Howdy guys and gals!

Does anyone know of any utility that can go through all the airports (defaults and updated/added) and extract a list of all the airports that
are controlled and have ILS? I've been looking around and can't find one of those...

I know that if you want to manually do it with AFCAD, you can, however that would take a LOOONG time. I believe that if you look at the
FS9 flight planner map, you can enable display of ILS equipment at airports... that might help you out.
