first of all welcome to the forum, im pretty much new here myself
 second there are already many topics about this subject on the forum here are just a few... (404: The post of this link doesn't existe anymore) and..http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=4874 alot will come up if you search the forum
