Switching Flight Dynamics

I need to take the handling characteristics (flight dynamics) from one aircraft, and give them to another aircraft, is this possible?
The reason for doing this is I have one aircraft that has a good model, but bad handling characteristics, and one aircraft that has a bad model, but
good handling characteristics, so I want to make the one with the good model handle like the one with the good flight dynamics.

Last time i tryed that it didn't work so you simply got to find one that match both ("good model and good handling characteristics")
