MP Hosts exit to Briefing! How?

A multiplayer Host is supposed to be able to exit to the briefing room and kick players... How is it done, what buttons takes you to the
breifing room when you are the host of an session? I cant find the answer anywhere and I have the need to kick a few from the runway...
