all my points have been changed into negative points. Can someboy help me and tell me how to get them back?

This is not enough information for us to help you. Do you mean to say that one day you turned on your computer and all of a sudden your
points were negative? Did you have a bad flight? Have you changed something lately? Just saying that they changed doesn't tell us
anything. More info please. Also tell us about your computer specs. Thanks.

If your pilot reached level 23, you may have activated the infamous "C23" bug. Just do a forum search.

thank you for your answers, I looked into FAQ but I didn't find the solution. I'm not at level 23 right now, I was at level 9, but because of the
negative points I'm back to level 8.
What happened is that I had 30800 bonus points, 5421 penality points. During the last flight, I was unable to retract the landing gear after
take off. I turned back to CDG and got 450 bonus points because I was able to land safely.
Then I switched off the computer. The next time, when I wanted to start a flight all my point have become negative.
Some technical information. I fly on FS 2004, my computer is a Dell with windows XP.
Tthanks for your help. It's actually the first time I ask a question in this forum. Hopefully I can resolve this because I wanted to transfer all
my data to another computer. rgds

The FAQ suggests that you update FsP. If you did not update FsP after the initial installation, you may have this negative points problem. If it is up
to date and you continue to see the problem, zip up a copy of the FsP database and send it to Dan.
