Display problem... - vevouille - 12-07-2007 Hi everyone, I have a problem with my new PC. I re-installed everything including FSP but now, when I switch from internal view to external views, in a FSP flight, I have a black zone under the upper kine of the mini-report? Like in this topic on francesim forum : http://www.francesim.info/forumfs/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=13405 Those images show the same problem but with IVAP. Do anyone knows a solution?? I have a widescreen samsung syncmaster 206bw and a GeForce 8800 GTX. My resolution is 1280*960 (because of the 767 leveld which do not support 1680*1050) Thanks for any ideas Re: Display problem... - Drew - 12-07-2007 Hi. The black part is either due to graphic drivers, or AA settings. Try changing your AA settings (mine shows black on AA2 and AA8, but is fine on AA4) if that does not solve the problem, try some different graphic drivers. Re: Display problem... - Veganist - 13-07-2007 I had the same problem yesterday when I changed my colors from 32 to 16 bit. So I reset it to 32 bit and it worked fine again. Re: Display problem... - Dutch64 - 13-07-2007 In fact it's a general FS problem, the 'create a flight' screen with the plane turning around, at certain AA settings it doesn't show the plane, it just stays black. Usually like Drew wrote here already, change your AA settings and it should be fine. Re: Display problem... - vevouille - 13-07-2007 Ok Thanks for your answers, i'll try ASAP. Re: Display problem... - vevouille - 16-07-2007 Hi, I came back yesterday and tried to change the AA settings but it doesn't change anything... Re: Display problem... - Dutch64 - 16-07-2007 I checked those images on that french forum but it's not black, it's like the screen doesn't refresh there. I have the same problem since having an nvidia 8 series card, must be something in their driver. Usually switching to another view and back solves the problem. |
