If Dan has made it available to get a boxed CD version of FsPassengers he should attempt to sell them in Major stores...lol my mom
doesnt really trust the internet teaming up with he credit card...I mean I would buy it...

I tried that with FsQuality wich is distributing now illegaly FsPassengers...
We signed a contract in october, one week after I received a warning
from another author wich was waiting his money from FsQuality since
6 month. Since I had contact with other authors and all had problems
with Fsquality.
In december Fsquality made an error with the unlock code on one serie of CD,
I asked them to remove those CD from market. (and to pay me also)
two month later My laywer wrote also letters to ask them to remove the wrong CD
and to correct other errors in the doc.
As they refused I have broken the contract with them with order to stop distributing
FsP, since they still distribute CD with the error, don't pay anything and don't care
one cents about customers or authors.
A good company
With this experience I'm not near to sign with anyone about distribution
Also even if company are honnest (wich is not the case of FsQuality)
as author you get only peanuts and problems...
So now only MY cd is available online, some other online store get it also
but I'll probably never attempt again to distribute it in real store.

Looking at the picture the answer seems to be "yes" but look at the "editor" info: FS Quality

No ! I'll ask Fred why he sell FsQuality CD with my cover...
Situation is amazing also: FsQuality don't have anymore a valid contract
but they continue to distribute it and resellers don't want to stop.
(and I don't get any cents on them)

My laywer said exactly that: "never trow good money after bad money" in brief it
would be very coslty and take a lot of time for a poor results.
When I saw my laywer's bill I agreed with him quickly
